Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes we do. We operate a strict cancellation policy. Where cancellation notice is more than 48 hours ahead of scheduled appointment no charge will apply. Less than 48 hours cancellation will incur the full fee.

This policy is in place to ensure that we can facilitate clients at a time which suits them, to respect clinic time and assure respect for our practitioners.

Cancellation Fees

Less than 48 hours 100% of session fee
Don’t turn up 100% of session fee

The cancellation fee applies no matter how valid your reason for not attending the appointment.
